In December 2016, after months of false starts, apple finally announces it has a secured deal with China Mobile to bring the iPhone to the worlds largest telecom company. With over 760 million potential iPhone customers the deal is Apples most important yet in growing its brand to china, a market that Tim Cook says will soon be Apples biggest.It was a move that had been long in the making, Apple began negotiating with China Mobile since the first iPhone launched in 2007.Seems like this deal couldn’t have come at a better time with the Chinese new Year coming up and countless Chinese customers who are growing and enthusiastic for iPhones.
